She was kind and professional and explained that newer staff may not yet be fully trained to handle situations like this with appropriate care and concern. I appreciate her effort to address the situation. (2 star) 1 star: The staff at Apotheco Pharmacy were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I attempted to fill a prescription from my dermatologist through Apotheco only because my physician specifically recommended them for medications not covered by insurance. That decision turned out to be a mistake. My prescription was lost or stolen in transit and never delivered. After waiting a week for it to show up, I contacted USPS, who informed me that Apotheco Pharmacy—not the patient—is required to file the missing package claim, as they are the sender and hold the necessary shipping and insurance information. When I contacted the pharmacy to relay this, I was spoken to as though I were an inconvenience for expecting basic accountability. At no point did staff take responsibility for the missing prescription or propose a reasonable solution. Instead, the burden was placed entirely on me, despite the fact that I never received the medication. This is unacceptable. A competent and customer-focused pharmacy would have immediately initiated a replacement or refill while resolving the shipping issue internally. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and ownership displayed by Apotheco Pharmacy is deeply concerning. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, particularly patients relying on timely access to essential medications.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent delivery of my daughter’s medication by your contracted medical courier service. As a company that prides itself on providing “white glove treatment,” I was absolutely horrified by the way this delivery was handled. The package—containing critical medication that I paid over $600 out-of-pocket for—was literally chucked onto my driveway by the courier and left without any attempt to safely deliver it or ensure it reached the appropriate hands. There was no personalized delivery to my front door and certainly no white glove treatment. My ring camera captured it all. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable behavior for a service handling sensitive medical products. Medications of this nature should be treated with care and discretion—not tossed aside like junk mail. The laziness and disregard shown by your courier raises serious concerns about the standards of your delivery partners. I am beyond disappointed and frankly appalled by this experience. I trusted your pharmacy to handle my daughter’s medications with the utmost care, and this careless delivery undermines that trust. I request an immediate response explaining how this occurred, what corrective actions will be taken with this courier, and what you will do to ensure this never happens again. A partial refund or credit for the poor service would also be appropriate under these circumstances. I expect a prompt and serious response.

The service itself was excellent. The only glitch is that I got a text that the order was cancelled, only to call and find out that that's what happens when the order can't be filled yet because an ingredient is not readily available. All good. It still came in a timely fashion.

Outstanding on all accounts. Price (which saved me from possibly triggering a higher tier and large copay on my insurance) and service. I am contacted to find out when/if I need a refill. When I do, it arrives almost immediately. You can’t do better!
