I was so excited to work with Alegro and the medication is very useful for me but I have received the wrong instructions to use the medication TWICE and I've reached out via the portal for over 2 weeks with no response. This has significantly delayed any progress for MONTHS now.
I would recommend another provider with better customer service.

They have been pretty good up until thos past month. We had an appt. on February 10th and paid the $300 invoice for medication and nothing. I have called over 1o times left messages with the answering service, texted the message line and the pharmacy has tried to reach them at least 7 times just about my perscription with no return emails or calls.
