I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Aesthetics! Chena is amazing—she is incredibly knowledgeable and truly takes the time to listen. I really appreciate that she never pushes anything you don’t need and focuses only on what’s best for you. She’s not only professional and skilled, but also such a kind and sweet person. I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. Highly recommend!

Turning 31 and walking into my first cosmetic consult was honestly nerve-wracking. I was worried about being judged, pressured, or even overwhelmed by pricing, but that wasn’t my experience at all. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Chena Rivera was incredibly kind, professional, and honest. What stood out most was that she didn’t try to sell me on something just to make a sale. Instead, she genuinely listened to my concerns and referred me to another injector because she felt a different procedure would suit me better. That level of integrity meant everything to me. I left feeling informed, not pressured and actually excited. I can’t wait to go back for my injections and see my results. If you’re nervous about starting your cosmetic journey, this is a place where you’ll feel safe and supported.

Highly recommend Advanced Anesthetics. I had a great experience from start to finish. The front office staff was welcoming and professional and Esteban the patient coordinator was friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with. When my original appointment left me a little uneven they helped me schedule a touch up and made the whole process easy and stress free. I really appreciated how responsive the team was and I will definitely keep going to Chena in the future. Overall a great experience with a team that truly cares about their patients.

They asked for a review. I don’t believe I’ll go back to this location in Henderson as opposed to the one on rainbow. They all have this nonchalant, dismissive behavior. Mary the nurse in grey scrubs saw me and ignored me to chat with another lady in the lobby. The receptionist barely looked at me when I walked in and blurted a « have a seat ». No smile, no nothing. On the way out she was far worse. I had to literally tell her: « you have to be patient with patients! I’ve just asked you to explain HOW you reached that total! », which is when Ms Einstein told me I got discounts from Galderma. I have to say…there is nothing smarter than to be dismissive with a patient at the moment when they’re supposed to pay you!! lol I don’t know yet about Jeff’s work even though I’m VERY heavily bruised (he poked my tear lines multiple times instead of using the canula once or twice which saves a LOT of bruising) but again, I felt weird. I wanted to do some work here and there and he said I didn’t need lips to be done or Botox around the eyes which gave me the impression that he was the minimalistic kind. He said: « you just need self confidence. » Umm…right. I’d love your boss to hear that. I don’t need self confidence but I am realistic and have a mirror. And if I’m there it’s because I want to feel even MORE self confident, don’t you think? He deals with people who want to look good and questions their self confidence to make them feel bad about themselves!? Then I was inquiring about thread lift versus mini lift and asked if he thinks it’s too early for me to get the lift (because earlier he seemed minimalistic). He raised his voice looking at Mary saying « whaaaat!?, are you kidding?? people are getting facelifts in their 30s!! ». I didn’t hear that FROM AN AWARD WINNING HEAD OF BOARD OF PLASTIC SURGEONS IN CA! so if you’re trying to sell me a procedure, you got the exact opposite reaction. So I just didn’t feel valued or welcome or appreciated as a customer. This place needs a manager.

This was my first time on this location and also using Chena as an injector, all the staff and her were super helpful friendly and professional.
